Mitered magic table runner & placemats quilt pattern by Eileen Sullivan
Ever wonder what to do with tht wonderful yard or so of striped fabric you bought?
Well, here are some ideas. None of us like to miter, but this method is just sewing
on a diagonal line. The stripes make the miter!
Each "mitered square" is made up of 4 blocks. They can be joined to create a square
within a square, (using all four of the same block) or rotated to create an overlapping
look. Each strip will generate four each of two different sets of squares.
